- Point out location value considerations that may not be obvious.
- Refer you to other qualified agents if you decide to buy outside our market
area.
To Help you CHOOSE A Home We Will:
- Discuss the benefits and drawbacks of each home in relation to your
specific needs.
- Obtain the information on taxes, local laws and ordinances, deed
restrictions, etc.
- Provide a comparative market analysis of pending, sold, and active listings
similar to the home you decide to purchase.
- Give an estimated settlement expense sheet for any home on which you make
an offer.
To Help You PURCHASE A Home We Will
- Assist you in obtaining a mortgage (if needed) by providing several names
of lenders that best match your financing needs.
- Handle all of the detail work and negotiations involved in making an offer,
carefully explaining all written documents, and giving you a copy of
everything you sign.
- With your authorization, order and track, appraisals, surveys, professional
home and pest inspections to insure that the closing happens as smoothly as
possible.
- Accompany you to the settlement, making sure you understand the entire
process.
